ORDERS:

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    Once you have completed the order process, your order is processed internally (and immediately). essenzawelt.com will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Essenzawelt.com order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. ORD123456 ) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
  • How do I check the current status of my orders?
    You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether processing or dispatched, that you have placed with Essenzawelt.com. To check the status of your processing orders, click on the “”My Accounts link ,this will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “”My Orders link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “”Order Number. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    To cancel an order please send an email to wecare@essenzawelt. Please include the word “”CANCEL”” and your order number in the subject of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, If your order has been dispatched from our end, we will not be able to cancel the order. If you received the product, still it will be eligible for replacement or refund. Please refer to our “”Return and Cancellation Policy””.

  • How do I make a payment for a essenzawelt.com purchase?
    essenzawelt.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card (including American Express), Net Banking, Demand Draft/Cheque, and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. essenzawelt.com and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
  • Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on essenzawelt.com (Octroi, Sales Tax)?
    There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with essenzawelt.com. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
  • What is Cash on Delivery?
    Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Netbanking) and Cheque/DD. In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.The delivery time takes 2-3 days extra under COD option due to some process with the courier company.
  • How much are the C-o-D charges?
    There is a nominal handling charge of INR 50 per product. However, this facility is not available in certain cities. You can contact us on the helpline number for further information.
  • Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a C-o-D purchase?
    The maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is Rs.10000. It’s strictly a cash-only payment method; Cheques or Demand Drafts will not be entertained.
  • How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
    We accept all VISA and MasterCard, both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. To use American Express Cards please choose the “”Debit Cards > Other Banks > Credit Card > AMEX”” options. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • How much are the shipping charges?
    We Provide free shipping on all items.
  • When can I expect my order to be delivered?
    We aim to deliver all orders within 3-20 working days. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery to remote rural areas within our normal timescales. If you live in a remote area please allow extra time for delivery. If you are concerned about delivery times please contact us.
  • How will the delivery be done?
    We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.If there is no courier service available for your area we send the parcel through Speed Post or Registered post
    What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
  • What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on the expected delivery date?
    We always endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. As such, if your order hasn’t arrived within 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your dispatch confirmation email. please email us at wecare@essenzawelt.com and we will investigate immediately.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    Currently we only offer delivery within India.
  • How are items packaged?
    All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses – as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
  • How can I track the delivery of my order?
    All essenzawelt.com items are delivered through reputed courier partners – who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
